My name is Abisola, I am the Founder of Alvernia Fitness where I lead people in the Keep Fit Challenge
I am a fitness vendor, a certified health and fitness Coach.
In my 3 years of running fitness Challenges,
I have met individuals who get so motivated to join the Challenge but eventually have to be forced and pushed to finish the Challenge
However, when they eventually finish, the results have always been mind-blowing and refreshing for them.
And that is why I know you will achieve whatever goal you want to have under my Coaching.
One good thing about keeping fit is that it makes you feel and look very young even way younger than your age!

You find yourself eating in the right proportion and you feel so proud of yourself for achieving such feats.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
- You, who is willing to control your health and weight with the help of a Coach and drop up to 2-3 trouser/gown sizes
- You, who is ready to put in the work that is required and ready to adhere to all necessary instructions from a Coach so you can lose as little as 8-15+kg

HOW IT ALL WORKS
FITNESS CONSULTATION & TIPS + NUTRITION + DAILY ROUTINES + ACCOUNTABILITY = RESULTS
I understand that body types are totally different and just as our faces are different so are our bodies
- Hence, to ensure that you get the desired result during the course of the challenge,
The first thing you will be required to do here is to BOOK A 15MINUTES CONSULTATION CALL WITH ME
In order to interact with me before the challenge begins.
You will also be required to SUBMIT YOUR CURRENT PICTURES & MEASUREMENTS
Which is to help you keep track of the various changes occurring in your body and health.
You will also be taught general fitness tips which will help during the journey.
I will draw up a calorie and macronutrient meal plan for you. This meal plan will support your progression through this program
You will receive your plan within 5 business days after completion of your Consultation and receipt of your photos/measurements.
Upon receipt of the meal plan, it is advisable that you endeavor to get the necessary ingredients and if possible, have the meals prepared before the Challenge begins
